Dr. Chan works in a hospital setting and has direct access to numerous general and specialised diagnostic tests including
1) Exercise treadmill testing 
2) Resting and exercise 'stress' echocardiography
3) Transoesophageal echocardiography 
4) Holter monitoring 
5) Nuclear myocardial perfusion imaging ('nuclear stress test')
6) 24hr BP monitoring 
7) Coronary angiography 
8) Right heart catheterisation 
9) Electrophysiology studies
10) Cardiac MRI/Cardiac CT
11) Others including invasive coronary physiology studies 

Therapeutic Procedures

Dr. Chan performs procedures percutaneously ('through the skin' or 'minimally invasive') via the radial ('arm') approach
1) Angioplasty and stenting 
2) Catheter ablation for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
3) Complex, high-risk coronary procedures including unprotected left main stenting, rotablation, patients in cardiogenic shock, and patients who cannot undergo cardiac surgery  
4) Transcatheter aortic valve implant or replacement (TAVI, TAVR)

Dr. Chan works with other specialists who provide the following services
5) Coronary artery bypass graft surgery 
6) Transcatheter heart valve e.g. mitral, tricuspid 
7) Implantation of pacemaker, and defibrillators
8) Ablation for cardiac arrhythmias 
9) Cardiac biopsy
10) Others

Dr. Chan has admitting rights to both public and private hospitals for patients who require hospitalisations for procedures or in-patient care.
